When and how do i have to pay ?
Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We do accept payments by Paypal, Credit Card, Bitcoin and Bank transfer.
How do i gain access to my suite ?
We will send you door codes aprox. 3 days prior to your arrival. Use these to check yourself in independently on day of arrival, at any time you want after 15:00.
Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own ?
Yes, linens and towels are provided so there is no need to bring yours.
Where do i park my car ?
We recommend you park your car at public parking Parkhaus Oelssner's Hof, located within the same building as our suites.
Do babies/kids stay for free ?
Every guest will be charged, regardless of their age. The only exception: babies stay for free as long as we do not have to provide any extras for them like bed, linens, towels etc. Cot, high chair etc. are not available, so you might need to bring your own.
Do you offer early Check In & late Check Out ?
Yes, this is possible in most cases, but it would cost extra. We charge an additional 25 € for an early Check In from 13:00 and the same for a late Check Out until 13:00.
Can i bring my bags earlier or leave my bags for later pickup ?
No, sorry, this is not possible. See, we are not a hotel, we do not have stuff working here all day and we do not have a reception or office. But central train station offers boxes for left luggage, this might work for you.
Can i extend my stay ?
Yes, why not, we would just have to check availability first, so just send us a message or give us a call.
Can i add more persons to my booking ?
Yes, we charge an extra 30€/night for each extra person added. We would just have to check if there is enough space for another person in your suite, so please send us a message or give us a call.
What if i need to cancel ?
Full refund of deposit paid if booking is cancelled up to 30 days prior to date of arrival. No refund if
cancelled less than 30 days prior to date of arrival. However, we will always refund the service charge paid.
